Payment and delivery of production made under the order is carried out according to the contract between the parties.

Direct date of shipment is defined as agreed by the parties.

The property right to goods (as well as the risks connected with this right) passes to the buyer from the moment of shipment of a product by the supplier. Also from this point delivery is considered perfect. The moment of shipment is understood as the end of process of transfer of goods of the transport organization after execution of necessary documents.
